That’s why we guarantee purchases when payment is made via the Bagsii.com website for qualifying purchases.  The condition of the item you buy and its timely delivery are guaranteed under the Bagsii Price Promise Guarantee.

The Bagsii Money Back Guarantee applies to purchases made on the Bagsii.com website.  Customers who pay for purchases from Bagsii.com are eligible to receive the full purchase price, including delivery charges, purchased under the eligibility criteria.

You can contact Bagsii Customer Services to raise a dispute under the Bagsii Money Back Guarantee if:

1.    Bagsii fails to deliver the item by 3 calendar days past the maximum estimated delivery date or 30 days from the order date, whichever is sooner.

2.    The item you received was damaged, defective, materially different, or you changed your mind and you returned it in line with the Bagsii Returns Police but you have not been refunded or the refund was in the wrong amount.

You must (1) contact Bagsii within 30 days from receipt of the item (or by the end of any extended period e.g., extended Christmas returns policy, if later) and (2) postmark the return within 14 days from arranging the return with Bagsii. The refund amount you are entitled to is included in the table below:

Restrictions on the Bagsii Money Back Guarantee

 The following items and situations are not covered by the Bagsii Money Back Guarantee:

  • Prohibited items.
  • Credit card payments where the issuing bank has initiated a chargeback.
  • Damage or loss that occurs to goods after they’re delivered to a freight forwarder.
  • Opened Health and Beauty items that are not damaged, defective or incorrect.
  • Gift Cards.
  • Downloadable software products.
  • Perishable goods, such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines.
  • Intimate or sanitary good, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gasses.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, all returns must be authorised by Bagsii through the issue of a Return Merchandise Authority (RMA) number and be received at Bagsii Ltd, Victoria House, 400 Pavilion Dr, Northampton, NTH, NN4 7YJ, United Kingdom

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a 7 working days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund shows in your account.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
